Led by an ex-professional dance artist and clinical Pilates teacher, the Ballet Barre class will guide attendees through a series of elegant movements and postures that not only promote physical well-being but also instil a sense of calm and mindfulness. The class is designed to engage various muscle groups, improve posture, and develop a toned physique, all while maintaining a gentle approach suitable for everyone.
