North Norfolk Physiotherapy are pleased to be working with Sarah Marling – Nutrition and Integrative Health Coach.
Sarah is a highly qualified Coach and will work with you to understand your goals in relation to your health and wellbeing, and tailor a program where together, you will identify the actions that will best lead you towards achieving the changes you strive for. She will conduct a thorough assessment of your nutritional intake and explore other elements of your lifestyle as our starting point for identifying where the changes can be focussed. You will receive a wealth of information including nutrition and lifestyle strategies, tools and other resources that will provide you with the knowledge and motivation to make lifelong changes.
What we eat, how we move our bodies and how we use our minds has a huge impact on our overall quality of life. When one or more of these dimensions is not in balance, we start to suffer from increased illness, impact on our personal relationships and our general wellbeing on a day-to-day basis is compromised. Unfortunately, many women don’t know where to start when it comes to making positive changes to their nutrition and other lifestyle factors that will improve their lives. Sarah will work with clients to identify strategies to fuel, move and care for their body in a personalised why that promotes improvement in their health and wellbeing.
Sarah works with clients of all ages and genders to address areas of their nutrition and lifestyle that will support with weight management, gut health and sports performance. Sarah has a special interest in helping peri/menopausal women to optimise their nutrition.
