what to expect

Here’s what’s in store…

Yoga: Start the day with a gentle 45 minute yoga session where our resident yogi, Allie Laureth, will guide you to move your body, clear your mind and de-stress so you’re ready to reap the benefits of the sessions that lay head.

Hormonal Health:
Our expert, Donna Loose, will explain what’s going on in our bodies during the different stages of the menopausal transition – what our hormones are doing at this stage of life and how we can better manage the symptoms we might experience, including guidance on HRT for those who decide this may be an option for them.

Nutrition for Women’s Health:
Our resident Nutritional Therapist, Sarah Marling, will share insight into how our diet can influence a range of factors at this stage of life including our mood, weight, aches & pains as well as bone density, and how we can make simple changes to our nutrition that will improve our health and quality of life.

Pelvic Health:
Learn about the conditions that may be impacting our pelvic health and the associated day to day symptoms, and then be guided through some practical exercises that you can do at home to help you better manage and maintain the strength of your pelvic area.

Sound bath:
Finish the day with the relaxing and rejuvenating healing power of sound.  This session will help to lower your cortisol levels, ease your stress and promote relaxation, setting you up for a great evening and improved sleep!
