We have Reformer classes to suit all levels of experience and abilities.  Whether you are a beginner with limited Reformer Pilates experience, or someone who has already experienced the benefits of Reformer Pilates, we have a range of options available at North Norfolk Physio.

one-to-one Reformer Pilates

A one-to-one Reformer Pilates class offers a fully personalised experience, where the session is tailored specifically to your individual needs, goals and abilities. This allows for focused attention from your instructor, helping to refine your technique, address specific concerns like injuries or pain and maximise the benefits of your practice.

small group Reformer Pilates

Our small group Reformer Pilates class combines the benefits of expert guidance with the support and motivation of exercising alongside others. While the class size is limited to a maximum of 4 people to ensure individual attention, the group setting adds a social and interactive element, making it engaging as well as cost-effective. We have Level 1 small group classes suitable for beginners or those with limited Reformer Pilates experience, or Level 2 classes that are suitable for those who have participated in 4 Level 1 classes or 4 one-to-one classes previously.
