Brief overview of career: Charlotte is a movement practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, and therapeutic bodywork. Originally training in dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, she has worked across schools, theatres, charities, hospices, care homes, and community health settings, supporting people with long-term health conditions, professional dancers, and everyone in between. Her approach combines creativity with evidence, viewing movement and therapy as tools for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people rebuild trust in their bodies and develop lasting confidence.
Hobbies: Gardening, swimming, and getting lost in a good book (any genre will do). Charlotte also has a habit of acquiring more houseplants than strictly necessary and starting craft projects that may or may not ever be finished.
Interesting fact: Charlotteâs oldest dance class attendee was 106!
