Qualifications: BSc Physiotherapy, APPI Clinical Pilates instructor – mat and reformer.
Specialty Areas: Working with clients rehabilitating after physiotherapy as well as working with clients with osteoporosis providing them with confidence to exercise and help prevent fractures.
Brief overview of career: Faye was a physiotherapist for 25 years before qualifying with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in 2004 and now uses her physiotherapy background to provide effective and safe Pilates programs to help individuals return to normal function.
Hobbies: Gardening – spending hours in the greenhouse and garden, growing her own vegetables, pruning and enjoying reading a book under a tree, as well as exercising by attending several exercise classes a week including spinning and body pump.
Interesting fact: Faye is a Bluetit – she enjoys regular swims in the North Sea (without a wetsuit) throughout the year!
