Some important information for you prior to your appointment…
Please wear loose fitting clothes for your appointment. If you have a shoulder, neck or back complaint it would be helpful if you could wear a top with thin straps, if possible. For knee, leg or ankle complaints it would be helpful to wear or bring shorts.
We accept payment by card.
We also accept private medical insurance. Please ensure that you gain authorisation for treatment from your provider prior to your appointment and bring your authorisation code and membership number with you. Please note that often policies have an excess, which may require you to make a payment yourself.

Located just off the Aylsham Road (B1145) our North Walsham clinic is within the Rossis Leisure Centre. When you arrive make yourself known at reception and your clinician will greet you.

From the main A140 take the Banningham Road into Aylsham towards the Aylsham Industrial Estate. Take the second left into Dunkirk with Ben Burgess Tractors on your left. Take the first left into Shepheards Close.
Go all the way to the end of Shepheards Close (do not turn towards Screwfix). Go through the silver gates. Unit 9 is the first Unit on your left. Please Park directly in front of our unit.
When entering the unit, our Pilates studio is on the ground floor and our consultation rooms are situated on the first floor. If you have mobility issues and are unable to use the stairs, please inform us in advance and we will arrange for you to be seen in one of our ground floor consultation rooms.
