What is Golf Screening?

Based on the results of the screening, our physiotherapist will put together a personalised fitness plan to address individual weaknesses and assist in improving overall golf performance. The plan will include exercises targeting specific muscle groups and movement patterns relevant to golf, as well as stretches to enhance flexibility and mobility.
